ClipRescue is designed to keep your files on your device. The Outage Mode editor runs in your browser and does not upload your video to our servers.

• No accounts required.
• No video uploads for editing/export.
• If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit (plus the selected role/source) so we can send product updates.
• Standard web logs may include IP address and basic request metadata.

If you need a stricter privacy posture (self-hosting/offline-only), deploy your own copy of this repo and connect your own database/email provider.
